Claire wanted me to take the lead on developing creative briefs for promotional literature. For these projects I asked as the liaison between her and the designer. I also supported her during the build of a new WordPress based website. And, long term, I have been responsible for updating the site with new content and pages.
- Targeting the ideal customer
We spent a lot of time discussing the right language to use in marketing communications. Then the best way to target these messages at her ideal audience. This lead to the development of a community outreach programme and supporting promotional flyer. We also looked at creating a closed Facebook group where participants could encourage each other.
